We bring together the core services that each of our subsidiary partnerships need to complete their goals.

Our company is a cooperative partnership which we believe allows for innovative ideas to incubate and come to fruition. As such, each member of our group is a "partner" instead of an "employee".

Partners are separated into several groups:

• the "initial" partners are major heads of staff who have been with us from the start and play major functional roles in our organization, including our subsidiary partnerships.

• like the "initial" partners, our "core" partners also play major functional roles in our organization, including our subsidiary partnerships, but have not been with us from day one.

• our "general" partners are partners who otherwise contribute to our services and management.
